Whether you want to gain muscle, or lose bodyfat, Ben will provide
you with a 6 week customized protocol to get you to your goal.
“I don’t have any set approach. High carb, low carb, high fat, low fat, etc. I will do what works for YOU. Everyone is different and is treated as such”.
This plan includes bi-weekly check ins with Ben (3 total for the 6 week plan – beginning, week 2, and week 4). Check ins require new updated pictures.
There will be one 30 minute skype call assessment at the beginning of the 6 week period.
*Fat loss plans will also include a 6-week suggested cardio protocol.
**Muscle Gain plans will include a suggested body part split (what to train and how often but will not include detailed workout plan).
