Enjoy a full day with Ben to discuss your goals, nutrition, and ask any questions you may have.
The day starts with breakfast at Bens favorite spot.
Then hit the gym for the workout of your life. Ben will provide pre and post workout nutrition advice based on your goals and current state.
Your workout will be filmed and sent to you upon request as a momento and as a refresher on all the tips and skills you learn.
You will then enjoy another post workout meal at another one of Bens favorite restaurants and use that time to discuss anything you have learned during the workout and any additional questions.

- 230/3pm End of day.
- (Days typically last 6hrs minimum, but may go over so plan accordingly. Times and daily schedule is flexible and can be discussed).
